Choose your IDP option
Start by selecting the product that matches your needs. Depending on the available options, you can choose a digital permit or a combined digital and physical permit.
Complete your application
Enter your personal information and the details shown on your valid national driving licence. The guided application helps you complete each required section correctly.
Upload your documents
Upload clear and readable copies of the required documents. Your application can then be reviewed together with the information you provided.
Complete your payment
Review your selected product, validity and order information before completing the available payment process.
Your application is reviewed
Your submitted information and documents are checked by the administration team. If something needs to be corrected, your application status will reflect the required action.
Application validated
Once the required information and documents have been successfully reviewed, the administrator can validate the application.
Your digital permit is issued
For orders that include a digital IDP, the permit is issued after the application has been validated. Once available, the digital document can be accessed from your customer account.
Your physical permit is prepared and shipped
If you selected a physical option, your physical permit goes through preparation, printing, packing and shipment. Once shipped, your tracking information can be displayed in your account.

The application process is similar for both options, but the final delivery process is different.

An International Driving Permit is a supplementary document and does not replace your valid national driving licence. Always carry your original driving licence when driving abroad.
